Shannon Aldrich has been working at the Regional Waste Management Authority for three years and has been working on the new SB1383 legislation. She helps ensure that the six jurisdictions are in compliance with this new legislation and work with local business owners to educate and assist them with the next steps they will need to take in the process. Shannon also assists with administrative duties, the tire amnesty program, and route review audits. Shannon has a passion for providing outreach to the community and building relationships with the RWMA partners to ensure there are strong relationships between the Regional Waste Management Authority and its community leaders. When Shannon is not working, she enjoys being with her children and going to Disneyland for her family vacations!
