Yuba City and Sutter County residents can drop off used or unwanted e-vapes (including disposable vapes and vape pens) at the Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility on Saturdays during operating hours.

• Hours: Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (closed holidays)
• Cost: Free for residential household quantities

No need to disassemble them — simply bring them in as-is. Our staff will handle safe processing and recycling.

DO NOT place e-vapes in regular trash or recycling bins.

Why E-Vapes Are Hazardous

E-vapes contain:

• Nicotine – Highly toxic and harmful to people and the environment.
